5. Drink More Fluids
You’re probably already drinking less water than you should be and this could lead to chronic low-grade dehydration. If you want to stay healthy in the next year, make it a must to keep your fluid intake at optimal levels. The usual recommendation is around 2 liters a day, but this depends on your activity levels and food intake. When you exercise and during hot summer days, you’ll probably need to drink more than that. And make sure that the fluids you are drinking are healthy.
