Some bad habits truly are making our lives harder, and by making an effort to stop indulging in them we can make ourselves happier and more confident. Sounds nice, right? It’s not too late to reverse your worst habits and immediately start living a happier, healthier life. Finally take control of your destiny by deleting the negative habits that have been dragging you down. I certainly don’t have all of the answers, but keep reading and I’ll share what I’ve learned about how to break a bad habit.
This is one of the most repulsive ones and quite hard to notice. It comes associated with a lack of prioritization. If we don’t establish what needs to be done first, why do anything at all? Another way it presents itself is with the need to get some rest or have some fun. Balance is a key word here. After we get rid of procrastination we normally acquire the good “can do” habit.
