3. Move Around Throughout The Day
Work often gets you sitting for long hours at a desk, which may be causing your back pain. Remember, that it is not natural for us to sit 9 hours on end. So try stretching in between and getting up for little things like coffee breaks or go consult a colleague for some work advice. You should get up at least 4 times during your work day. If your workplace is dynamic, you can even swap your chair for a handy exercise ball to keep your blood pumping and take your lunch with you for a stroll in a nearby park.
